Warning: Deleting your account is permanent. All associated data—including your groups, order history, and preferences—will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
Method 1: Delete from within the App (Recommended)
The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is directly inside the CoffeeRun mobile application. This process is instant.
- Open the CoffeeRun app and ensure you are logged in.
- Navigate to the Settings screen.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice when prompted. Your account will be immediately deleted.
Method 2: Email Web Request
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request that we delete your account on your behalf.
Please send an email from the address associated with your CoffeeRun account to:
Include the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Once we verify your identity, we will process the deletion of your account and all associated data within 7-14 business days.
